To grant access to curated, comprehensive, and up-to-date information regarding SARS-CoV-2 isolates sequenced in Turkey and their mutatome to national and international researchers, in order to facilitate their efforts in fighting the continuing COVID-19 outbreak, IBG is proud to present an interactive map of the provinces of Turkey, which shows the number of isolates sequenced in provinces and uploaded to the GISAID Epi-CoV database, as well as detailed information on those isolates and their divergence from the reference sequence. This map will continue to be updated regularly as new isolate sequences are made available.
